Exclusive! Bow Wow has just informed me he coming out of his temporary retirement. He is going to release his new Album "Who Is Shad Moss?" in 2010. He has left Columbia Records to do what he wants the way he wants to do them. He is making this album out to be his best album he has ever made because there are no restraints on this album. I think this will be one of the greatest expected albums of 2010. Who will be his competition do you think he will make it bigger like he used to be? I am well anticipating this album myself.
